Terms of service
Short on purpose. Using this site means you accept these terms; if you do not, close the tab — there is no account to delete.
1. What the service is
Ten Minute Inbox provides temporary, receive-only email inboxes. An address is generated in your browser, receives mail for a limited time (roughly sixty minutes, or ten in 10-minute mode), and is then deleted together with everything it received. There are no accounts, no passwords, and no way to send, reply, forward or relay mail.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the service for any lawful purpose. You may not use it for anything listed in the acceptable use policy — including fraud, impersonation, evading bans or identity verification, bulk account registration, or attempting to access inboxes you did not generate. The acceptable use policy is part of these terms.
3. Temporary means temporary
Addresses and messages self-destruct on schedule. We are not responsible for mail that arrives after an address has expired, for messages you failed to save before deletion, or for accounts you registered with a temporary address and can no longer recover. Do not register anything you care about with a disposable address; the privacy & retention policy describes exactly what is stored and for how long.
4. Third-party content
Message content originates from third-party senders and is displayed to whoever holds the address. It is sanitized automatically at storage time but not reviewed before display, and we do not endorse it. Reporting mechanisms are on the legal notice page.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. Receiving domains rotate, features change, and the service may be suspended or discontinued at any time without notice. We may update these terms; the version published here is the one in force, and continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which is nothing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India; the operator and grievance mechanism are identified on the legal notice page. Questions about these terms: info@sowebmail.com.
