Pick a subject line so it lands with the right person
“Question” — anything about how the service works that the homepage or privacy policy did not answer.
“Bug report” — something broken. Include the page you were on, your browser, and what you expected to happen; a screenshot helps more than a paragraph.
“Abuse report” — mail or behaviour that violates the acceptable use policy.
“Illegal content report” or “Grievance” — formal reports, handled under the procedures and timelines on the legal notice page (acknowledged within 24 hours, resolved within 15 days).
“Data request” — data-protection questions and requests, per the privacy & retention policy. Fair warning: for most requests the honest answer is that the data has already deleted itself.
